Commercial Service

Commercial hydro jetting in Concord & the Bay Area.

Grease, scale, roots — completely cleared. Not just poked through.

High-pressure drain cleaning for restaurants, commercial kitchens, industrial facilities, and multi-tenant buildings. We clear grease-coated lines, root-invaded mains, and scale-buildup that snaking can't touch.

  • Camera inspection before & afterWe confirm the line is clear, not just flowing.

What We Do

High-pressure clearing.
Not a temporary fix.

Snaking punches a hole through grease and debris — the line flows again, but the buildup remains. Within weeks or months, you're calling for service again. Hydro jetting uses 3,000–4,000 PSI water pressure with an omnidirectional nozzle to strip grease from pipe walls, cut through root intrusions, and flush scale completely out of the line.

We run a pipe camera before and after every commercial jetting job — before to confirm pipe condition, after to verify the line is actually clear. That footage becomes part of your service record and can be used for FOG compliance documentation.

How It Works

Camera in. Jet. Camera out.
Line confirmed clear.

  1. Step 1:

    Camera Pre-Inspection

We run a pipe camera before jetting to assess blockage type and confirm pipe condition can handle high pressure.

  2. Step 2:

    Set Up Equipment

Industrial-grade hose fed into the access point. 3,000–4,000 PSI nozzle selection based on pipe diameter and blockage type.

  3. Step 3:

    Hydro Jet the Line

Omnidirectional nozzle blasts forward and backward, stripping grease from pipe walls and clearing roots, scale, and debris completely.

  4. Step 4:

    Post-Jet Camera Verification

Camera re-run confirms line is clear and pipe is intact. Documentation provided for health department or FOG compliance records.

Method Guide

When does a commercial drain need hydro jetting vs. snaking?

The right tool depends on what's in the pipe and why it's slow. Here's how we evaluate it.

Choosing the right method

Grease-coated kitchen linesHydro jet

Snaking punches through grease temporarily. Jetting strips it from pipe walls — the only way to actually solve the problem.

Root intrusion in main sewerJet + camera

High pressure cuts roots back and clears the line. Camera confirms pipe condition and whether structural repair is needed.

First-time or minor blockageAssess first

We'll tell you if snaking is sufficient. We don't upjet when simpler tools do the job.

Signs you need commercial hydro jetting

  • Kitchen drains slow after every service
  • Recurring grease trap overflows
  • Main line backing up in multiple fixtures
  • FOG program compliance required
  • Pre-sale or pre-lease inspection
  • Roots confirmed via camera

FAQ

Common questions

Commercial hydro jetting pricing depends on pipe diameter, line length, blockage type, and access conditions. Grease line jetting for a restaurant kitchen typically differs from main sewer jetting on a large multi-tenant property. We assess each job on-site and provide a clear quote before we start. Call us for a same-day estimate.

Most commercial kitchens benefit from hydro jetting every 3–6 months depending on volume. High-volume operations — especially those under a FOG compliance program — may need quarterly service. Slow drains after your last cleaning are a reliable indicator it's time. We can set up a scheduled maintenance program so you're never caught with a backup.

We run a camera inspection before jetting to confirm pipe condition. Hydro jetting is safe for cast iron, PVC, ABS, clay, and concrete lines that are structurally sound. We would not jet a pipe with confirmed cracks, severe corrosion, or joint separation — we'd tell you what repair is needed first. The pre-inspection protects both the pipe and your investment.

Yes. We provide written documentation of the service performed, pipe condition before and after, and camera findings. This documentation can be submitted to your health department or local authority as part of a Fats, Oils & Grease (FOG) compliance program. Ask us about documentation format requirements for your jurisdiction.

A standard kitchen drain line takes 1–2 hours. Main sewer jetting on a larger commercial property may take 3–4 hours depending on line length and blockage severity. We always include camera time on both ends. We'll give you a realistic time estimate before we start so you can plan operations around the service.

Yes. We regularly schedule hydro jetting for restaurants and food service facilities during off-hours — early morning before service starts, late nights, or weekend downtime. Health code and operational continuity matter. Let us know your service window when you call and we'll work around your schedule.

Commercial jetting typically requires higher PSI (3,000–4,000 PSI vs. 1,500–2,000 PSI for residential), larger-diameter hose, and nozzle configurations matched to grease-coated or root-invaded commercial mains. Commercial jobs also almost always include camera inspection for compliance documentation. The process is the same — scale, equipment, and documentation requirements are larger.

Our grease trap was backing up into the kitchen mid-service — not ideal. Guerra Bros. came out the next morning, jetted the main kitchen line, and showed us the camera footage before and after. Completely clear. They even gave us a service interval recommendation so we don't end up in that situation again.

Manage a 60-unit apartment complex and we had roots in the main sewer causing backups in multiple ground-floor units. They ran the camera first, confirmed roots, jetted the line, and re-ran the camera to show us the results. Documentation was clean and professional. Will use them for scheduled maintenance going forward.

We're under a FOG compliance program with the county and needed documentation for our kitchen drain service. Guerra Bros. provided a full written report with camera findings before and after the jetting. Exactly what the health department wanted. Scheduled them for quarterly service.
