Every bathroom fixture.
Installed to last.

Bathroom fixtures fail in predictable ways — worn flappers, cracked fill valves, corroded shower cartridges. Most repairs are done in a single visit. When replacement makes more sense, we tell you that too.

How It Works

From your first call
to confirmed dry.

  1. Step 1:

    Assess & Advise

We evaluate the existing fixture and rough-in to confirm what will fit — and flag anything that will add cost before you buy.

  2. Step 2:

    Remove the Old Fixture

We shut off the water, disconnect supply lines, and remove the old fixture cleanly — no damage to surrounding tile or finishes.

  3. Step 3:

    Install to Code

Proper seating, sealed connections, and correct supply line sizing. Every installation is done to current plumbing code.

  4. Step 4:

    Test Everything

We flush, fill, and run water on every connection before calling the job done — no mystery drips two weeks later.

Know the Signs

Repair or replace?
We'll give you a straight answer.

Repair vs. replace

Most bathroom fixture problems have a clear right answer — we'll tell you which.

Running toilet / worn flapper

Repair it

The most common toilet issue. A flapper or fill valve replacement is a 30-minute fix that stops wasting 200+ gallons a day.

Toilet over 20 years old

Consider replacing

Older toilets use 3–7 gallons per flush. A modern 1.28-gallon unit pays for itself in water savings.

Rocking toilet or soft floor

Service needed

A rocking toilet usually means a failed wax ring. Left alone, it causes subfloor damage. Address it early.

Signs you have a fixture problem

Small fixture issues become expensive repairs when they're ignored.

  • Running or constantly cycling toilet
  • Toilet that rocks or has a soft floor around the base
  • Shower valve that leaks behind the wall
  • Dripping tub filler or spout diverter failure
  • Vanity faucet with low pressure or slow drain
  • Bidet or toilet seat with no hot water connection

FAQ

Common questions

Everything homeowners ask before calling us.

Toilet installation typically runs $200–$400 depending on whether the existing supply line and shutoff valve need replacement. If the flange is damaged or out of level, that adds to the job. We give you a flat price before we start.

Yes. We install customer-supplied toilets regularly. Confirm the rough-in measurement before buying — the standard is 12 inches from the wall to the center of the drain. Some older homes have 10-inch or 14-inch rough-ins. If you're unsure, we can measure before you buy.

In most cases, no. Replacing a fixture in the same location with the same type does not require a permit in Contra Costa County. If you're moving the drain, changing the rough-in, or adding a fixture in a new location, a permit may be required. We'll advise you based on what the job actually involves.

A running toilet typically wastes 200 gallons a day. The fix is usually a flapper, fill valve, or flush valve — parts that cost $10–$50 and take under an hour to replace. If the toilet is over 20 years old or has had multiple issues, a new low-flow model often pays for itself in water savings within 2–3 years.

Often yes — it depends on the valve access and the trim kit. Many shower valve replacements can be done through the existing wall penetration without removing tile. We'll assess your setup before giving you an answer. If tile work is required, we'll tell you that upfront.

We work with all major brands — Moen, Kohler, Toto, American Standard, Delta, Grohe, and others. We don't have a preferred brand — the best fixture for your home depends on your budget, your existing plumbing, and what you're trying to accomplish.

A toilet swap takes 30–60 minutes. A shower valve replacement takes 1–2 hours depending on access. A vanity faucet is 30–45 minutes. Most single-fixture jobs are done in a single visit. We don't schedule partial jobs.

Yelp
I recently called another plumbing company who quoted $350 labor & $150+ for parts — then said they'd call me when they found the part. Guerra Bros came out within 30 mins, checked out my issue, and fixed it under an hour for $237. Now I have hot water again.

Martinez, CA · Plumbing Repair

Yelp
Austin came out and pointed out that the new faucet would require removing tile — expensive. He managed to repair and replace what was needed to keep the old set instead. I happily returned the new set. Saved us a lot of money and hassle.
