What We Do

Drain cleaning that actually
solves the problem.

Most drain cleaning clears a hole through the clog and calls it done. It flows for a few weeks, then you're calling again. We diagnose before we treat — find the actual cause, clear it completely, and tell you if there's an underlying issue worth addressing.

How It Works

From your first call
to clear confirmed.

  1. Step 1:

    Diagnose the Clog

We ask which drain, how long, whether multiple fixtures are backing up. Helps us arrive with the right equipment.

  2. Step 2:

    Camera Inspect (if needed)

For stubborn or recurring blockages, we run a camera to see exactly what's there — grease, roots, broken pipe, or buildup.

  3. Step 3:

    Clear & Clean

We snake or hydro jet depending on what the drain needs. We clear it completely, not just enough to flow.

  4. Step 4:

    Confirm & Advise

We run water to confirm full flow and tell you if there's an underlying issue that needs addressing.

Know the Signs

Clog or something bigger?
We'll tell you honestly.

Clog vs. pipe damage

The right fix depends on what's actually happening in the pipe.

Grease / hair buildup

Clear it

Most kitchen and bath clogs. Snaking or hydro jetting clears it fully.

Root intrusion

Clear + monitor

Roots slow down drain flow. We clear them and show you the footage. Repair may follow.

Collapsed or cracked pipe

Repair needed

A clog that keeps coming back may be structural. We diagnose before you spend more on clearing.

Signs you have a drain problem

  • Slow drains in one or more fixtures
  • Gurgling sounds from drains or toilets
  • Water backing up into other drains
  • Sewage smell from drains
  • Recurring clogs in the same drain
  • Multiple fixtures backing up at once

FAQ

Common questions

Everything homeowners ask before calling us.

Most sink and tub drain clogs run $100–$250 depending on accessibility and severity. Kitchen drain clogs with heavy grease buildup may require more time or hydro jetting. Main sewer line issues are quoted after inspection. We give you a price before we start — no surprises.

Most straightforward drain clogs are cleared in 30–60 minutes. Main sewer line clearing takes 1–2 hours depending on the blockage. If a camera inspection is needed, that adds 20–30 minutes but gives us exact information on the cause.

We recommend against store-bought liquid drain cleaners. They rarely fully clear a clog and the harsh chemicals can damage pipes over time — especially older galvanized or PVC under heat. A drain that clears temporarily after chemicals will clog again faster. Professional cleaning removes the actual blockage.

Recurring clogs usually point to a buildup problem, not a one-time blockage. Common causes: grease accumulation in kitchen drains, hair and soap scum in bathroom drains, tree root intrusion in main sewer lines, or a pipe that has collapsed or offset underground. If your drain keeps clogging, a camera inspection tells us exactly what's happening.

Yes. We offer same-day drain cleaning throughout Concord and Contra Costa County in most cases. Call us at (925) 288-0409 and we'll get someone out fast.

Yes. Main sewer line clearing is one of the most common calls we get. We use mechanical snaking for most main line blockages. For root intrusion or heavy buildup, hydro jetting is often the right tool. We can also run a camera to confirm the line is fully clear.

Snaking (mechanical auger) physically breaks up and removes a blockage — effective for most clogs. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the entire interior pipe wall, removing grease buildup, mineral scale, and organic material. If your drain clogs repeatedly or has years of buildup, hydro jetting is usually the better choice. We recommend the right method after seeing what's there.

Called in the morning, they were here by noon. Cleared a drain that two other companies couldn't fix. Showed me what was causing the recurring clog on their camera. Finally solved.

Yelp
Kitchen drain had been slow for months. Guerra Bros came out, diagnosed a serious grease buildup, and hydro jetted the whole line. It drains like new. Wish I'd called sooner.

Multiple drains were backing up at the same time. Turned out to be a main sewer line issue. They snaked it out, ran a camera, and explained exactly what caused it. Professional and thorough.
