How It Works

From your first call
to dry under the sink.

  1. Step 1:

    Diagnose the Problem

We identify the source — cartridge, O-ring, seat, or supply line. We tell you what's wrong before quoting a fix.

  2. Step 2:

    Repair or Replace — Honestly

We tell you whether a repair makes sense or if a replacement is the better long-term value. No upselling.

  3. Step 3:

    Install & Seal Correctly

Proper shutoffs, supply lines, and connections — installed to code. No shortcuts that create a leak six months later.

  4. Step 4:

    Test & Confirm Dry

We run the faucet, check under the sink, and confirm no drips at supply connections before we leave.

Know the Signs

Repair or replace?
We'll tell you honestly.

Repair vs. replace

The right call depends on the faucet's age, brand, and what's actually failing.

Worn cartridge or O-ring

Repair it

The most common drip cause. A cartridge swap on a quality faucet costs a fraction of replacement.

Faucet over 15–20 years old

Consider replacing

Older faucets accumulate mineral buildup and seals that can't be fully restored. A new fixture often makes more sense.

Cracked body or corroded valve seat

Replace it

Structural faucet damage can't be patched. We'll tell you up front rather than charging for a repair that won't hold.

Signs you have a faucet problem

Don't ignore a drip — a slow leak adds up fast on your water bill.

  • Dripping or leaking faucet
  • Faucet with low water pressure
  • Handles that are stiff or hard to turn
  • Cartridge or O-ring failure
  • Leaking supply lines under the sink
  • Squealing or noisy faucet

FAQ

Common questions

Everything homeowners ask before calling us.

Faucet installation typically runs $150–$350 depending on the fixture type, complexity, and whether supply lines need replacement. Kitchen pull-down faucets and fixtures with separate handles take longer than single-handle units. We give you a flat price before starting — no hourly surprises.

Yes. We install customer-supplied fixtures regularly. Just make sure the faucet is compatible with your sink hole configuration (1-hole, 3-hole, widespread). If you're unsure, bring the model number to the hardware store or ask us before you buy.

A dripping faucet wastes thousands of gallons per year and adds to your water bill. Whether to repair or replace depends on the faucet's age and condition. Cartridge replacement on a 5-year-old Moen faucet makes sense. The same repair on a 20-year-old fixture often doesn't. We'll give you an honest read when we're on-site.

A standard kitchen or bathroom faucet swap takes 30–60 minutes for an experienced plumber. Widespread bathroom faucets or installations that require supply line replacement take 60–90 minutes. We don't rush — we do it right the first time.

We install and service all major brands — Moen, Delta, Kohler, Grohe, Pfister, American Standard, and others. We stock common Moen cartridges and Delta seats on our trucks for same-day repairs. Other brand-specific parts may require a parts run or next-day service.

Not necessarily. Low pressure from a single faucet is usually an aerator clog or a partially closed shut-off valve — both quick fixes. Low pressure throughout the house points to a regulator, main line, or supply issue. We diagnose the source so you're not replacing fixtures that don't need replacing.

Yes. Outdoor faucet replacement is one of our most common calls — especially after winter freeze events. We replace standard hose bibs and anti-siphon frost-free bibs. Call (925) 288-0409 to schedule.

Yelp
Austin came out and pointed out that the new faucet would require removing tile — expensive. He managed to repair and replace what was needed to keep the old set instead. I happily returned the new set. Saved us a lot of money and hassle.

Martinez, CA · Faucet Repair

Yelp
I recently called another plumbing company who quoted $350 labor & $150+ for parts — then said they'd call me when they found the part. Guerra Bros came out within 30 mins, checked out my issue, and fixed it under an hour for $237. Now I have hot water again.
