Frequently asked questions

A plumbing emergency is any situation where water damage is occurring or imminent, sewage is backing up into your home, or you have no hot water and urgently need it restored. Common emergencies include burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups, water heater failures, and gas line concerns.

We operate Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend service by appointment. We prioritize urgent calls during business hours. If you call outside these hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you first thing when we open.

If water is actively leaking, locate and shut off the water supply valve closest to the problem — usually under sinks or behind toilets. For a main line issue, the main shutoff is typically at your water meter or where the main line enters your home. For a suspected gas leak, leave the building immediately, don't use any switches or flames, and call your gas company before calling us.

For calls placed during business hours (Mon–Fri 7AM–5PM), we do our best to respond the same day. We'll give you an honest time window when you call — not a four-hour window that turns into all day.

We serve Concord, Walnut Creek, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Alamo, San Ramon, Danville, Clayton, Bay Point, Pacheco, Clyde, and Saranap. If your city isn't listed, call us — we may still be able to help.
